Marguerite Paynter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2021, at the age of 100, Marguerite Paynter of New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Brown Paynter, Jr.; and her parents, Hans Rye and Mina Rye. She is survived by: her children, Bill III (Sue) of Scottsdale, AZ, Marguerite Grace Cummings (Peggy Ann) and Roxann Hall (Terry) of Wellington, CO; her sister-in-law Florence Paynter Beck (Floss) of Oxnard, CA; and her grandchildren, Kirsten Paynter, Bill Paynter IV (Liz), Matt Paynter (Jacquie), Kelly Hansen (Mason), Vanessa McCracken (Frank), Mike Hall (Erica) and Eric Hall (Angela). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
