He is survived by: his child Museum; his wife JoeAnn Cotton-Vega; his children, Steven Cotton (Stephanie), Debra Collier, John Cotton, Pia Taylor, Simone Ssemwezzi (Deoug), Edward Taylor, Joelanda Vega, Peter Vega Jr., Noel Vega and Madeline Vega; his siblings, Max Ramos, Jose-Antonio, Jose Angel Ramos, Jose Luis Ramos, Lydia Zayas and Angelita Zayas; and his friend Iris Rivera. He is also survived by grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
