It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Bruton Sr. of New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Frank Bruton Jr.; and his grandmother Anita McElya. He is survived by: his mother Blanche Polden; his siblings, June, Frank, Anthony and Jamal; and his nephew Phillip Bruton Jr.. He is also survived by one aunt, two uncles, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
