He is survived by: his parents, Luz Maria Ortíz of New Haven and Ignacio Burgos of Coamo; and his siblings, Yahaira Burgos Ortíz (Luís E. Cruz) of New Haven, Victor Ignacio Burgos Ortíz (Ivonne Corrrea) of Coamo, Carlos José Burgos Ortíz and Hector Omar Burgos Ortíz (Gladys Calderón) of New Haven. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
