He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Patricia Scirocco, Elmer and Mary Foschini; and his brother Robert Rivera (Doggie).
He is survived by: his parents, Richard T. Smith, Sr. of Orlando and Angela Scirocco of New Haven, CT.; his cousin Stacey; his aunt Giants of New York; his nephew Jaedyn Rivera; and his cousins, Luciano and Aviana. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
