He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Barlow Moye; his former wife Geraldine White; his children, Teshannee Kendra Moye, Saara Moye, Wanda Blackwell, Landa Blackwell, Rossie Moye, Jr. and Rodney Hiton; and his siblings, Ronald Moye, David Moye, Diane Fraiser, Dolly Moye and Crystal Spencer. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
