He was predeceased by: his brothers, Walter Jr., Richard and Robert Larkie. He is survived by: his son Charles Jr.; his daughter-in-law Jessica; his grandchildren, Giana, Antonio, Dominic, Jadiel, Ayamarelis and Janai; his godson Isiah Sidberry; his siblings, Shirley Butler of New London and David Larkie of New London; and his significant other Lorraine Thomas.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shiloh Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlie's memory may be made to the Hartford Healthcare Center for Healthy Aging at Backus Hospital.
