She is survived by: her children, Michael Pawlak (Sheilia) of West Richland, WA, Mark Pawlak (Eilleen), David Pawlak (Sue) of Waterford, CT, Diane Crawford (Bob) of Newington, CT and Daniel Pawlak of Jensen Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Paula Pawlak, Kyle Connolly, Erik Pawlak, Nicholas Crawford, Jaclyn Hunt (Crawford), Michael, Ryan Pawlak and Trevor Pawlak; her siblings, Peter St. Germain, David St. Germain, Jeanne Topali and Gail Majewski; and her caregiver Physicians. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
