It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eric N. Swanson of New Milford, Connecticut, born in New Preston, Connecticut, who passed away on August 13, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Waldemer Swanson and Lena Swanson (Cogswell). He is survived by : his wife Helen Bourdeau; and his children, Ernest of New Milford, CT., Deborah Swanson of New Milford, CT and Victoria Adamson of Chase City, VA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

A private funeral service will take place at the family's conveniece due to the pandemic.

Contributions in Eric's memory may be made to the New Milford VNA and Hospice, 68 Park Lane Rd., New Milford, CT 06776.
