The passing of Scott Allan Kozlowski of New Milford, Connecticut, born in Lansing, Michigan leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 7, 2025 at the age of 53. He was predeceased by: his brother Andy Kozlowski. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his son Cameron; his siblings-in-law, Wade Gradia, Tracy Gradia and Darla van Nieukerk; his parents, James Kozlowski and Erin Kozlowski; and his siblings, Brad (Amanda), Lisa and Lori Kozlowski. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brookfield Funeral Home (786 Federal Rd, Brookfield, CT 06804).
