He was predeceased by : his brother Christopher. He is survived by : his parents, John and Betty; and his sisters, Katie, Jenny and Maggie.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Sean's name to New Milford Animal Welfare or the Aortic Institute at Yale/New Haven Hospital.
