She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leyda and Lucille Leyda (Little). She is survived by: her husband Emil A. Ritacco; her children, Carmen W. Ritacco (Amanda), Christina M. Plazek (David) and Edward A. Ritacco; her grandchildren, Anthony, Nicholas, Jonah, Juno, Sam and Antonia; and her sister Judy Valerio.
