He was predeceased by: his sister Betsy McCaulley; and his parents, Ernie Wegener and Barbara Wegener. He is survived by: his wife Faith Wegener; his daughters, Dr. Susan Wegener of Indiana and Deborah Azarzar (Asher) of Massachusetts; his granddaughters, Golda Azarzar and Bracha Azarzar; and his sisters, Joy Karleen (Paul) and Alice Herzig (Steve).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beaverdale Memorial Park (90 Pine Rock Ave, New Haven, CT 06515).
