He is survived by : his mother Grace Cloutier of Bristol, CT.; his cousin Brenda; his aunt Edna; his uncle Jimmy; his siblings, Mickey and Charlene Cooper of Bristol, CT; his grandchildren, Alex and Lizzy; his sister Donna Kehoe (Richard); his niece Abby of East Hartford, CT; his brother Jeff Cloutier (Erin); his nephew Tom of Mt. Gilead, NC; his stepdaughter Jessica Rich of New York, NY; his brothers, Michael Cloutier of Bristol, CT and Eddie Cloutier (Tracy); his nieces and nephews, Ember and McKenna; his brothers, Jeffery, Daniel, Steven and Jose; and also Chris.
When COVID-19 hit, they FaceTimed him every day.
