He is survived by: his significant other Joan Thebodo; his daughters, Robin Hayes, Debra Horton and Ruth Rhoads; his grandchildren, Amanda, Tim, Toni and Samantha; his great grandchild Arianna; and his siblings, Sandra Haydon and Richard Donofree.
