He is survived by : his mother Evelyn LaCroix O'Brien; his son Brendan; his wife Sheri Welte O'Brien; his siblings, Kevin of Wilton, CT, Lynn Kapp of Apollo Beach, FL and Anne (Tim Clark) of Bennington, VT; and his son Jack (Jack). He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
