He was predeceased by : his brother William A. Carothers III. He is survived by : his wife Linda (DeLallo) of Norwalk; his close friend Leslie of Norwalk; his daughters, Tracy of Westport, CT and Lindsay Menking (Brad) of Redding, CT; his grandchildren, Brayden and Eleanor; and his siblings, Lucille Selander of Weston, CT, Nancy Cormier of Virginia, Linda DeLeo of Colorado, Janet Carothers of North Carolina, James Carothers of Australia, Barbara Birdsall of New York and Melissa Carothers of Milford, CT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the World Wildlife Fund.
