He is survived by : his spouse Sedey Morales Arias; his parent Dinnoroh Quiros; his sons, Josser Mata-Morales of Costa Rica, Orlando Mata-Morales of Costa Rica and Manuel Mata-Morales of New Jersey; his siblings, Elia Mata-Quiros, Gerardo Mata-Quiros, Yamileth Mata-Quiros, Luis Mata-Quiros, Gesselle Mata-Quiros, Emilio Mata-Quiros and Rocio Mata-Quiros; and his grandchildren, Maria Celeste Campos and Thiago Mata.
