She was predeceased by: her parents, Leverne and Mary B. Rhodes; and her siblings, Carolyn Rhodes, Lillian Harvey, Jacqueline Watson and Albert Rhodes.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Catron (Michelle) of Richmond Virginia and David Corbett (Kathrine) of Hudson; her siblings, Verlette Williams, Patrina Bailey of Staton Tennessee, Julia Benette (Kenny) of Chesterfield Virginia, Donna Leigh (Jeffery), Tijuanna Taylor of Brownsville Tennessee, Leisa Mckinnie (Lance) of Smyrna Tennessee, Evelyn Liddell, Tabitha, Teresa Anderson, David Rhodes, Melvin Rhodes (Sally) of Whiteville Tennessee and Michael Rhodes (Jackie) of Brownsville Tennessee; her grandsons, Rymel Catron, Deion Catron and Jaxon Corbett; and her great grandchild Saige Catron. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Chatsworth Ave PTA to help support and grow health and wellness programs at Thelma's beloved school.
