Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara Formiglio (Norwich, Connecticut), who passed away at the age of 66, on February 26, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Johnson and Dorothy Johnson (White); and her sister Maureen Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Michael Formiglio (Michelle), Ashley Nazarian (Todd) and Jennie Formiglio; her siblings, William Johnson, Sandra Lafayette and Bonnie McIntyre (Doug); her grandchildren, Makaela, Kai, Tyler, Kasen, Ahna and Hunter; and her aunt Gloria Setka. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to the CT Brain Injury Support Network.
