It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Carpenter of Norwich, Connecticut, born in Hubbardton, Vermont, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Joseph Racine and Ruth Louise Gibbs; and her husband David Frank Carpenter. She is survived by : her children, Charity M. Poulin (Lee) of West Haven, CT, Tammie L. Poplasky (Steve) of Windham, CT and Normand Poulin Jr. of Windham, CT; her grandson Ricky of Scotland, CT; and her siblings, Raymond Racine of Vernon, CT, Peter Racine (Rhonda) of Navarre, FL, David Racine of Jewett City, CT and Gayl Osuba (Juan) of Windham, CT.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews along with grand- and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial contribution in Pam's name can be made to the Lung Cancer Society or a charity of one's choice.
