We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2023, at the age of 92, Victoria Maximowicz Burgess (Norwich, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Maximowicz and Veronica Maximowicz; her husband William Graham Burgess, Jr. (Bill); her children, Sue, Mia, Todd and Bill; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Stephen, David, Hannah and Sophie (family: Dale, Andy, Ankita, James).
