Elly left this world on October 29, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Stammer; her parents, Adolf Kiesel and Mathilde Kiesel (Kelat); and her children-in-law, Jerry Belanger and Martha Stammer.
She is survived by: her children, Irmgard Belanger and Joachim Stammer; and her grandchildren, Stephen Belanger (Joan), Marc Belanger (Wendy), Colin Stammer (Nicole), Jared Stammer (Elizabeth) and Adrienne Pelletier (Sean).
Viewing will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Casey-O'Neill Funeral Home (742 Main St, Oakville, CT 06779). Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Casey-O'Neill Funeral Home and Cremation Care (742 Main St, Oakville, CT 06779).
