James Chapman Fisher Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Chapman Fisher of Pawcatuck, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 24, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Josephine Salafia Fisher; his parents, Bruce Fisher and Margaret Fisher (Chapman); and his siblings, John, Eugene Fisher and Mary Catherine Seeker.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Ferraro Previty Fisher; his daughter Anne Fisher; his stepchildren, Paula Piascik (Ken), Paul Previty, Peter Previty (Bern), Cathy Cunningham and Michael Previty (Cara); and his godchildren, Nicole Marcey and Glen Martin. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
