It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Elizabeth Calo of Pawcatuck, Connecticut, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 11, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Carlin and Lillian E. Carlin (Ford); and her son David V. Rowan. She is survived by: her children, Michael Rowan (Beth) of Stonington, CT and Stacy Hochstein (Lorin) of San Jose, CA; her grandchildren, David V. Rowan, Jr., Benjamin, Julian Hochstein and Demetria Aaron; her great grandchild Quinn Aaron; and her brother John F. Carlin of Lincoln. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
