The passing of Josefina Ceferina Elefante of Pawcatuck, Connecticut, born in New London, Connecticut leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 28, 2024 at the age of 64. She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Florence Brown (Martin) and Josefino Bumatay Elefante; and her siblings, Mark Cabigting and Theresa Barton. She is survived by : her children, Trina Sexton (Marc) of North Stonington and Mark Elefante (Kim) of Charlestown, RI; her grandchildren, Tyler, Ayla Dean, Mystique, Mark, Mia, Alijah Elefante, Harley Surdam (Matt), Lee Durfey-Lavoie (Veronica), Teddy Surdam (Julia) and Eddy Surdam; her boyfriend David Antrim; and her sisters, Michelle Byrd and Myra Atack. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
