She was predeceased by: her parents, Bailey A. Sweet and Evelyn G. Sweet (Hopkins). She is survived by: her husband David A. Wheetman; her children, Gary Brown (Cathy) of West Greenwich and Jennifer Horton (William) of Killingly, Connecticut; and her grandson Gary Brown, Jr. of Seattle, Washington..
