He is survived by: his children, Dawn E. Middlemass, Bruce A. Middlemass and Paige H. Brown (David); his grandchildren, Chistopher Santos, Michael Danka, Lindsey Brown, Brooke Middlemass and Taylor Middlemass; and his sister Peggy Steucek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
