He was predeceased by : his wife Janet O. Middlemass of Prospect; his parents, Robert C. Middlemass and Mildred E. Middlemass (Fletcher); his son Glen A. Middlemass; and his siblings, Robert Middlemass and Betty Smith.
He is survived by : his children, Dawn E. Middlemass, Bruce A. Middlemass and Paige H. Brown (David); his grandchildren, Chistopher Santos, Michael Danka, Lindsey Brown, Brooke Middlemass and Taylor Middlemass; and his sister Peggy Steucek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
