He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicola DiBenedictis and Theresa DiBenedictis (Mancinone); and his siblings, Adeline Capaldo, Mary Sciascia, Vincent, John, Rose, Malena and Anthony DiBenedictis. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.

Nicholas loved to dance and go to Atlantic City Casino's on the bus up until the COVID-19 Pandemic.
