She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Charles Horace Rowe and Margaret Rowe of Washington; her husband Walter; and her children, Alan, Sandra Rich (Kenneth) of Ridgefield, CT, Sonya Arrington of McLean, VA and Wayne Arrington, Sr. (Linda) of Chantilly, VA. She was also cherished by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
