It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadette Marie Rugar (Rocky Hill, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 26, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Allard and Mary "Cele" Allard; her son Glen; her stepson Robert "Bobby"; and her siblings, John Allard, Lucille Zimnotch and June Cote.

She is survived by : her daughter Judith Roman of Glastonbury, CT; and her grandchildren, Gemma Marcone of West Hartford, CT, Peter Roman (Meghan) of Wrentham, MA and Kate Adams (James) of Brookline, MA..
