Grover and Sally Grover (Willson); his wife Virginia "Ginger" Grover (Heslin); his children, Roger (Donna Grover) of Rocky Hill, Tracey (James McMillan) of Cromwell and Trisha (Mark DeBacco) of Webster, NY; his sister Carol (Thomas Cerny) of Grand Blanc, MI; his grandchildren, Brandon Grover of Boston, MA, Allison Grover of Rocky Hill, CT, Ian McMillan, Connor McMillan of Cromwell, CT, Molly DeBacco and Drew DeBacco of Webster, NY.; his parents-in-law, Patrick, Marie Heslin of Berlin, CT, Frederica Heslin of Marlborough, CT and John Heslin of Berlin, CT.; his sister Mary Elizabeth Grover Dowdell of Old Lyme, CT; and his brothers-in-law, Robert K. Heslin and William J. Heslin III of Marlborough, CT.. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
His work in this area laid the foundation for a career in which Bill regularly took on projects that saved the company millions of dollars per year.
