He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Siksay and Mary Siksay (Grandfield); and his sisters, Judy Santone, Maureen Groballi and Mary Siksay.
He is survived by : his children, Mary G. Siksay (Tonia Kaindoli) of Seymour, Brian L. Siksay of Stratford and Jonathan L. Siksay of Seymour; his siblings, Stephen Siksay of Virginia, Richard Siksay of Naugatuck and Lorraine Godfrey of Naugatuck; and his granddaughters, Mya and Brianna Siksay of Stratford. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
