She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Gallo; her parents, Antonio Tavella and Mary Rose Chicello Tavella; and her brothers, Rocco, John, Frank, Philip and Anthony Tavella.
She is survived by: her children, Maryanne O'Connell (Richard) and Thomas Gallo (Gloria); her grandchildren, Matthew, Brian, Jillianne O'Connell, Anthony Gallo (Katie) and Angela Gallo Ferraro (Brandon); her great grandchild Luca; her sister Agnes Lazor; her sister-in-law Mary Aquilino; her close friend Sarah McNamara; and her caregiver Marta Rosa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 601 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
