He was predeceased by: his parent Clayton Heintz. He is survived by: his spouse Dawn Heintz (Piccoli); his parent Lillian Heintz; his siblings, Jerilyn Briggs, George Briggs, Clifford Heintz, Yolande Heintz, Michael Heintz and Kristina Heintz; his siblings-in-law, Claudia Holder (Charles) and Brian Piccoli; and his niece Samantha Piccoli. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Saint Francis Foundation, FBO CICU Nursing Staff, 2nd Floor, 95 Woodland Street, Hartford, CT 06105 whose staff was exceedingly caring and compassionate to Fred and his family.
