He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Rutherford and Irene Rutherford (Tourtellotte); and his sister Carole Chester. He is survived by: his wife Diana Rutherford (Sayers); his brother Bruce Rutherford (Lillian); and his children, Susan Orred (Greg), Steven Rutherford, Leslie Reynolds (Jeff) and Daniel Rutherford (Kelly). He is also survived by grandchildren, and cherished nieces and nephews.
