He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William B. Hazard Sr. and Mary Hazard of Simsbury; his brother William B. Hazard Jr. of Simsbury; his sons, Andrew Shaffer Hazard and Trevor Stanton Hazard of North Granby; the mother of his children Kristin Hazard (Andrew Reed) of North Granby; his significant other Debbie Ferreira of Simsbury; and his stepchildren, Dakota Ferreira, Brianna Ferreira and Zachary Ferreira.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to assist his sons, Andrew and Trevor, in care of Carmon Funeral Home & Family Center.
