She is survived by: her husband Ray Leroy Van Horn; her son Larry of Franklin, TN; her grandchildren, Leland, Madeline, Harrison and Meredith; her great grandchildren, Katie Gurcan (Gem) of Gaithersburg, MD, Kevin and Bryan; her brother Barry of Seattle Washington; her nephew Tim; her daughter Susie; Leland, Madeline, Harrison, Meredith, Katie, Kevin and Bryan.
