He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Lindsay Bailey; his parents, William Bailey and Yvonne Bailey (Mimeault); his son Ralph Bailey, Jr.; and his brothers, Brian and William Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Manning (Bill) of Smyrna, GA, Scott Bailey (Jean) of Somers, CT, Gayle Capezzone (Peter) of Ivoryton, CT and Pamela Spica (Patrick); his grandchildren, Kara Gibbons (Kyle), John Capezzone, Matthew Manning (Kala), Sara Hersch (Doug), Jessica Bailey, Joe Bailey (Isabel), Alexandra Spica, Taylor Spica and Anthony Spica; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Noah Gibbons, Lola and Ruby Manning; and his siblings, Janice Panzarella (Pat) and Jack Bailey (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and wonderful friends.
