She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Victor and Lily Victor; and her brother Samuel Desh. She is survived by : her daughters, Mellini Kantayya and Shalini Kantayya; her granddaughter Teru Kantayya-Burke; her son-in-law Sean Kantayya-Burke; her brother Suresh John Vedanayagam; her sister-in-law Kala Desh; her nephew Paul Dinesh Desh (Preeya Desh); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nithin, Naveen and Ariya Desh.
