Eva Jessie Hornak Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva Jessie Hornak of Southbury, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on February 3, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Stephen S. Hornak; her siblings, John and Mary Velidow; and her sons, Stephen and Robert (Maria).

She is survived by : her children, Susan Soucy, Patricia Fazekas (Steve), Mary Magrane (Greg), William (Sheryl), Andrew (Marylou), Anne Ljungquist (Allen), Peter, David (Patricia) and Anthony (Heather); and her siblings, Elizabeth Shroll, Laura Boehm, Shirley Powell and James. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
