It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Cook (Southbury, Connecticut), who passed away on April 7, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Marie Polis and Leonard Polis; and her son Billy. She is survived by : her husband Bill; her children, Linda, Tommy (Penny) and Patrick; and her grandchildren, David, Julie, Billy, Tommy, Jessica, Christian, Megan, Terry, Kenny, Lenny, Theresa and Sam. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
