We bid farewell to Michael A. Palomba Jr. of Southbury, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 25, 2025 at the age of 87. Michael touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael A. Palomba, and Lucy Palomba, Sr. (Beccia); his brother Nicholas Palomba; and his brother-in-law Thomas R. Church. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Palomba (Falcone); his children, Jeffrey Palomba (William MacIntyre) of West Haven, Cheryl Leveille (Joe) of Bethlehem and Krista Palomba (Dean Cilfone) of Watertown; his grandchildren, Joe Leveille (Jade), Samantha Seitz (Matt), Savannah Storino and Peyton Storino; his great grandchildren, Jack, Joey Leveille and Cody Seitz; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Church of Waterbury and Evelyn Palomba of Alabama; his nephew Michael Palomba; and his niece Donna Burns.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (182 Robbins St, Waterbury, CT 06708). A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (2324 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705).
