She is survived by: her husband Robert John Kopchik; her children, Robert Kopchik and Amy Petrucci; her brothers, Joseph Perna, Louis Perna and James Perna; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Matthew and Marcus; her great-aunt Antoinette; her siblings' children, Joseph Perna Jr., Kimberly Campitelli, Nicholas Perna and Jaclyn Perna; her cousins, Toniann, Johnny and Liz; her daughter-in-law Kristin; and her close friends, Debbie Forte and Joan Stein.
