She was predeceased by: her spouse Carol Walter Slivinsky; her parents, Walter Burnett and Thelma Burnett (Jewell); and her daughter Lisa Hall. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Slivinsky (Michelle) of Plainville, Stephen Slivinsky (Jerene) of Vermont, Lauren Person (Scott) of Andover and David Slivinsky of Willimantic; her son-in-law Mark Hall of Andover; and her brothers, James "Jim" Burnett (Peg), David Burnett, Pete Burnett (Joan), Russell Burnett and Richard Burnett. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid concerns, the family has decided to cancel calling hours.
