He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan; his wife Jean Egan Gay; and his brothers, Roger and David Gay. He is survived by: his son Michael of Temecula; his grandsons, Ethan and Jacob; and his daughter Deborah Holyst. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
