He is survived by: his sister Caterina Giano (Italo) of Italy; his nephews, John Castaldo, Frank Castaldo (Joanne) of Southington, Domenico Castaldo (Lina), Celestino Giano (Antonella) and Mario Giano (Rosanna); and his niece Ersilia Castaldo (Luigi).
