She was predeceased by : her husband Edmund Borowy; her parents, Oscar Deschesnes and Simone Deschesnes (Diamond); and her siblings, Roger and Pauline.

She is survived by : her children, Christopher Borowy (Theresa Albanese) of Southington, CT, David Borowy (Stephanie) of Cheshire and Karen Esposito (Kevin) of Breckenridge, CO; her grandchildren, Courtney Borowy, Matthew Borowy, Peter Borowy, Taylor Borowy, Andrew Dickinson and Isabelle Esposito; and her siblings, Jeanne, Dolores and Robert.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Bridget's Ladies Guild.
