He was predeceased by: his father Norman Brown; his stepfather Louis Tompkins; his son Mike Prince; and his brothers, John Brown and Jimmy Kurzawa.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara L. Tompkins; his children, Kim Gaudette (Randy), Jessica and Paige Brown; his grandchildren, Taylor, Ava, Emma, Stella, Brooklynn, Charlotte, Everly, Jordan and Demitri; his siblings, Kristen Cocca (Noel), Dan Kurzawa, Todd Tompkins (Cheryl), Tyler Tompkins (Kendra) and Lisa Mantini (Tom); his stepmother Nora Brown; and his aunt Marie Cerrone (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
