He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Eccles and Nadia Eccles (Ring); his wife Elizabeth Baldino; his sons, Michael and Steven Ring; his sisters, Margret Nisbet and Murial Bisson; and his brothers-in-law, William Nisbet, Gerald Bisson and Felix Turchetta.

He is survived by: his sister Jane Turchetta; his daughter Robin Ring; his granddaughter Carolyn Vargas (Edelsein Vargas); and his great grandchildren, Stephanie and Destiny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
